Returns Policy

We will refund or exchange any items:

  • If they arrive damaged or faulty and return them to us within 14 days of their receipt.
  • If for whatever reason you no longer want any items from your order and you return them to us within 28 days of their receipt.
  • If any products develop a fault within 12 months of your receipt. Certain items carry guarantees longer than 12 months; such guarantees will always be honoured.
  • If you refuse delivery of your order and it arrives safely back at our warehouse.

You may return any item to any of our stores or direct to our warehouse via the post.

Alternatively you can return the item to us via the postal service.

You should return all items in their original packaging and with all accessories and inserts that accompanied it along with a copy of your delivery note.

Your account will be refunded or a replacement despatched within 5 working days of our receipt of the returned products.

Delivery

Collectables offers a 14 working day delivery service for any products ordered via the website.

Although our warehouse team endeavours in ensuring your order is delivered well within the 14 working day delivery period, as stated above, late deliveries are a remote possibility. In such rare cases we will advise you of this situation either by telephone or e-mail.

We may list products such as new Limited Editions or Exclusives with expected deliveries of 1-3 months. We will offer you the opportunity to place an advanced order for these products, but you will be advised of this longer delivery schedule before you order. Please ensure you are prepared to wait this extended length of time before you place an order with us. We will advise you once the item/s are ready to be shipped to you.

Delivery Costs

These charges are subject to change at any time without notice.

Orders delivered to a UK address:

  • Orders with a value less than £35 Delivery is £4.50
  • Orders with a value greater than £35 Delivery is FREE

International Orders

We will be more than happy to accept orders from the EU and all other international customers.

For delivery outside of the UK please email us your request or telephone us on 0191 4991566 (9am to 5pm GMT) and we will be more than happy to deal with your request. The cost of delivery will depend upon the value and weight of your order.

Guarantee

Collectables guarantee all its products for 12 months from the date of your receipt. Certain items carry guarantees longer than 12 months; such guarantees will always be honoured.

Collectables guarantee that all products are of a high standard and that we check all products before they leave our warehouse. If you are unhappy with any item you receive we will be happy to refund their or replace the item. Please check our returns policy for full details.
