Do you reward regular web-site customers?

We have an online loyalty scheme which rewards regular internet shoppers. Every time you spend £4 on goods on this web-site you will earn 2 loyalty points. Once your points balance reaches 40 you may redeem all or some of them against future online purchases.

You may redeem your points in blocks of 20 with each block worth £1. You can check your points balance at anytime by logging onto your online account. You will be invited to redeem your points before you complete your purchase. You will be awarded 20 free points when you first register your account.

Can I return an unwanted/damaged product to a Collectables Store?

Yes. If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within 14 days of purchase, or you would like to return the item, you can do so at any one of our 8 stores. Please ensure you bring all packaging as well as your invoice as this will be you proof of purchase. If you are too far away from any of our stores, you can still return the item to us through the post. Please see our returns policy for further details.

I'm finding it difficult to make a purchase on your website, could you help?

If you know exactly the product you would like to purchase, the simplest method is to use the search facility located in the top right hand corner. Alternatively please select a product type from the three options in the product section.

For the Limited edition series the products are organised alphabetically by brand. Displayed will be the current 9 best selling brands. Once you have selected your brand, a new page will display the current products we are selling for that brand. Please make your selection. This will be placed into your basket.

For Bargains the products are organised according to their value. You can alternatively view all bargains. This will lists all the product categories and brands alphabetically.

For Gift solutions the products are organised according to the occasion. If the occasion you are looking for is not present on this page it means that we have no products currently for sale in that particular section.

Once you are happy with your purchases please view your shopping basket, (top left of the screen). Please proceed to the checkout. You will be required to register an account with us before your purchase can be completed. Please follow the on screen instructions.

How do you register an online account with Collectables?

To register an account with Collectables please select the Membership Sign Up link located in the top right of the screen. This will progress to an online form, which you will be required to fill in. All of the information you fill in will be editable by you at a later session. Please follow the on screen instructions, which will instruct you on what information is required. On completion you will be advised of a successful creation of a new account. Once this has completed you may log into your account using your username and password, which can be entered into the vacant spaces located at the top right of your screen.

How do I know if Collectables has received my online order?

Once your order has been submitted and your payment details have been validated you will automatically be sent confirmation of your order via email from our systems. This will be your proof of purchase receipt, which you will need for any returns or exchanges. Your order number will be present on this invoice, please quote this in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order.

Is there any way I can check the status of my order?

Using your username and password log into your account. Within this section is an option to view the status of your order. This will change as your order progresses through our system. What details do I need before I can register an account with you?

Before an account can be registered with us you will need the following details; your preferred delivery address, (this can be the same as you billing address, and you can register up to 4 addresses). You will also need; your name, surname, a contact telephone number, your email address, a username (of your choice) and a password of your choice. You can also register your interest in the products we supply, although this is optional.

Do you store my credit card details on your system for repeat purchases?

We do not store any credit or debit card information. This is a security measure. All transactions will go through our third party service provided by Barclaycard EPQD. Please refer to our privacy statement for further details.

Do you supply or accept gift vouchers?

We only accept gift vouchers in-store. We do not have the facility to accept vouchers online. Please contact one of our stores for further assistance with our in-store vouchers. An alternative to this is our loyalty points scheme, which you can collect and redeem against purchases made on this website. These points will automatically be collected with each purchase you make, and the higher the purchase the more points you gain. You can check the status of your points account from the options listed with your online account.

Will you answer any question I have about my collections?

We will acknowledge every email we receive but will only be able to reply to those where we can either provide the stock you request or answer the question you ask.

Collectables' website is dedicated to supplying a carefully selected range of Limited Editions, Exclusives and season gifts. Occasionally, we may also give you the opportunity of taking advantage of those 'bargains' our large buying power allows. We only deal in current or recently discontinued products and consequently will not usually be able to answer enquiries related to secondary market and similar products. We will be pleased to receive any of your enquiries.

We will review every email we receive but will only be able to reply to those where we can either provide the stock you request or answer the question you ask.

What are the terms and conditions for your Sale promotion?

The terms and conditons are as follows:

  • Only one bonus of £5 worth of points per order
  • The £5 of points will be applied to your account once your order has gone through. These can be redeemed on your next order online
  • Please check your online account to verify your bonus points have been added. Any problems email enquiries@collectablesgifts.co.uk
  • The offer is only available on www.collectablesgifts.co.uk
  • Only items marked as SALE items are part of the promotion
  • To recieve your bonus £5 worth of points at least one of the items purchased must be marked as a SALE item
  • The promotion will run until the 31st July 2006. Any items purchased after this date will not recieve the additional loyalty points.
