Payment
We only accept full payment via any of the major credit or debit card issuers. These include; Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, MasterCard and Maestro. All payments made are subject to a credit check via Barclaycards payment service, to ensure the card used is valid, and there are funds available.
All postage and packing charges will be included in your total payable charge at the point of payment. There are no hidden costs. The total cost is inclusive of UK tax and includes the cost of postage and packing.
Please note that at this time we do not accept full or part payment for any goods bought from the Collectables website with the use of gift vouchers, cheques or postal orders.
Payment will be taken for all purchases made at the time of purchase. In the case of products, which we do not yet have stock of or are awaiting stock of, you will be pre-warned before payment is taken.

Collectables guarantee that all products sold via this website are of a high standard, and that we check all products before they leave our warehouse. We are aware that damage may occur during transit. If you are unhappy with your product or there is a problem with it (faulty/damaged) we will be more than happy to replace the item free of charge or issue you a full refund.
